Job Title: Property Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Crux Careers. As a Property Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales transactions, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties
  • Build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and progress
  • Provide exceptional client service by managing expectations and keeping clients up-to-date on application progress
  • Maintain accurate records and data input
  • Identify and resolve any barriers or issues that may impact transaction progress


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the UK property market and mortgages
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional telephone manner and ability to provide a great service at all times
