About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Crux Careers as a Property Transaction Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing property sales transactions from start to finish.

Working closely with Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to our clients. This includes managing their expectations, keeping them informed of progress, and ensuring that all tasks related to property sales are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners
  • Providing exceptional client service by managing expectations and keeping clients informed
  • Managing all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties
  • Liaising with Lenders, Solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications efficiently
  • Maintaining high accuracy when inputting data
  • Positioning our products, such as the Home Buyer Service
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and an understanding of mortgages
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
  • Thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Completing work to a high standard within agreed service standards
  • Professional with an excellent telephone manner
  • Confident in dealing with clients, providing a great service at all times

As a hybrid role, you will work from our office in Whiteley, Hampshire, for 3 days a week and from home for the remaining 2 days. There is commission tied to performance within the role.
