Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Property Moving Assistant. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless property transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by managing client expectations, communicating progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Take ownership of all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient progress of mortgage applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and data input.
  • Position OneDome's core products, the Home Buyer Service and OneDome Remo, to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of the UK property market and mortgages.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Professional with excellent telephone manner and ability to provide a great service at all times.
