Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of all tasks related to property transactions, ensuring swift and efficient completion.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, solicitors, and lenders, to facilitate seamless communication throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both in written and verbal forms, to enhance the experience for all parties involved.
- Deliver timely updates to all stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.
- Collaborate with lenders and solicitors to expedite mortgage applications effectively.
- Maintain meticulous accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Adept at managing time effectively and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
Compensation:
Base salary of £26,500 plus commission. This position supports hybrid working arrangements.
