Signet Resources is seeking a driven and ambitious IT Hardware Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.

As the UK's fastest-growing independent IT sourcing and support provider, we combine expert sourcing and distribution capabilities with a comprehensive range of IT support services.

Your Role
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and resellers to drive sales of IT hardware solutions.
  • Leverage existing customer databases to understand their current and future business needs, tailoring your approach accordingly.
  • Identify and engage with potential new customers, nurturing them into valuable clients.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to telephone and email inquiries, providing expert guidance and preparing accurate quotations that meet client specifications.
  • Maintain a meticulous customer database, ensuring all CRM details are current and up-to-date.
  • Consistently exceed personal weekly and monthly sales revenue and margin targets.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by introducing them to the full breadth of our product offerings.
