Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and reports, assisting with budget preparation and forecasting, and performing variance analysis to understand our financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information
    • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Financial Analysis
    • Perform variance analysis to understand our financial performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Reconcile balance sheets and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Financial Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
    • Assist with year-end financial audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to other team members in the Accounting & Finance department
    • Participate in finance projects and process improvements to drive business growth

Requirements

  • ACCA, CIMA, or similar qualification (part qual or finalist)
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
