Position: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organizational Behavior

Department: LSBU Business School, Division of Innovation, Leadership, Strategy & Management

The LSBU Business School is seeking a dedicated Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Grade 7/8) in Organizational Behavior to contribute to the advancement and success of our academic community.

We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in areas such as Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, Decision Making, Research Methods & Statistics. Experience in teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programs is highly valued.

We encourage applications from individuals who are enthusiastic about the role of digital transformation in education, especially in relation to digital research methodologies, data analysis, and innovative teaching practices.
