Job Summary:

The Applied Behavioral Insights Partner will provide expertise in behavior change to support large-scale business transformations at Citi. This role will oversee the design and implementation of behavioral interventions, working closely with business leaders and Human Resource Advisors to drive cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of behavior change projects, working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Design and implement experiments to test and measure the impact of behavioral interventions.
  • Collaborate with analytics and metrics partners to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR Advisors, and communication partners.
  • Advocate for and reinforce Citi's culture target state behaviors through the approach and interventions.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices with the broader team to drive global consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in behavioral science, organizational psychology, or related field.
  • Strong professional experience in behavioral science, organizational development, or related field.
  • Excellent consulting skills, with ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to establish credibility, build trusting relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and ongoing change.
