Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver behavioral science activities and projects, including research materials, methodologies, and reports.
* Analyze and synthesize data to develop clear findings that inform decisions.
* Build relationships with local authorities, private sector, and academic institutions on topics related to behavioral science.
* Support the writing of project proposals and bids for funded projects.
* Write copy for shareable content based on our research, including blogs, web-articles, presentations, and reports.
* Present research findings to clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Expertise in behavioral science/behavioral economics and/or psychology, with knowledge of cognitive or social psychology.
* Experience delivering behavioral science experiments, including A/B testing and randomized control trials.
* Ability to communicate complex behavioral science concepts in simple and accessible forms.
* Understanding of ethical research practices and guidelines.
