About the Role:

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage organizational projects that form part of our planning and change portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior leadership with evidence and recommendations to drive key business decisions for change initiatives and project prioritization, helping to shape the organization's thinking and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, working to tight deadlines
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership, informing key business decisions
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
