About the Team

The Organizational Culture BP will collaborate with the executive team to drive alignment on our mission and core values. This role will develop holistic organizational culture strategies, clear narratives, and cultural solutions tailored to business needs.

This position suits a tenacious, creative individual with a passion for organizational culture, comfortable leading through ambiguity, and agile in navigating a fast-growing, complex business.   • Cultural Champion: Be a champion of our culture, promoting morale while achieving our mission and common goals through effective programs.
  • Leverage research analysis to define the gap between ideal organization and culture state and its impact on organizational performance.
  • Develop an understanding of our organization and culture performance through research and benchmarking of top-performing organizations and cultures.
  • Design and prototype new concepts for the future of our culture.
  • Work closely with leadership and the global organizational culture team to create a roadmap for new initiatives.
  • Responsible for consultative and customized solutions addressing work environment issues to increase the health and cultural performance of the organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR consultation, leadership development, content creation, and communications.
  • Knowledgeable in organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications.
  • A natural coach and mentor with the ability to foster relationships with all levels of the team.
  • A data-driven decision-maker with the ability to advocate for investments in organizational culture strategies.
  • Proven experience in analysis, synthesis, and insight identification; experience with concept creation, road mapping, and implementation of new strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading organizational change and communications projects would be a plus.
