Senior Brand Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Strategist to join our strong and supportive team at Proud Robinson.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is both strategic and creatively minded, with solid expertise in culture, brand, and total market (TTL) strategy.
We believe that strategy is the first creative act and plays a fundamental role in the development of original, insightful, and impactful work.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for culture in all its forms and constantly seeks to broaden their knowledge and understanding of what drives both culture and behavior.
As a Senior Strategist, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, cultural blueprints, and TTL toolkits and playbooks across a broad range of sectors, including beverage alcohol, luxury, and automotive, at a national, European, and global level.
You will build on long-term relationships with senior clients and have a key strategic role on new business pitches.
The ideal candidate will balance confidence, conviction, and experience with a genuine hunger to evolve, collaborate, and always push for better.
You will have an innate ability to identify meaningful insights, distill and craft them into compelling narratives, and use these to inspire, challenge, and engage our clients.
You'll be adept at spotting the cultural opportunity for brands, tapping into the conversations, trends, and movements that matter.
You will be a natural collaborator, capable of getting the most out of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, and able to work autonomously as well as make sense of a broad collection of voices, inputs, and points of view.
