Lead Organizational Transformation as a Change Management Director

We are seeking experienced Change Management Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a key driver of successful transformations, you will guide clients through complex organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing business benefits.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex change management initiatives within consulting engagements and large-scale enterprise transformations.
  • Apply your expertise to develop strategies for effective change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Contribute to the advancement of our change management practice by developing methodologies, tools, and sharing best practices with the team.
  • Support business development efforts by providing change management expertise to proposals and client presentations.
  • Lead integrated project teams to deliver successful change management components across diverse transformation projects.
Qualifications We Seek:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading complex organizational transformations and change programs for global organizations.
  • Previous consulting experience, ideally with Big4 or Business Process Offshoring/Onshoring firms.
  • Demonstrated success in advising senior client executives (C-suite experience preferred).
  • A track record of driving new business through articulating value propositions, developing compelling proposals, and engaging with potential clients.
  • Expertise across various domains, including organizational design, talent management, HR/IT transformations, operating model transitions, and outsourcing.
  • Strong team leadership capabilities with a history of developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate effectively in diverse cultural environments.
