Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workers' Compensation Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims from inception to resolution. You will work closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers to ensure timely and effective claim handling.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement return-to-work strategies for injured employees, promoting their safe and successful recovery.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to evaluate treatment plans and ensure appropriate care is provided.
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering all necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, stakeholders, and insurance carriers throughout the claims process.
- Analyze claim performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in disability management or workers' compensation case management.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant case management software.
