Job Summary

The Workers' Compensation Specialist – Case Manager role at Organizational Solutions Inc. is responsible for managing day-to-day Workers' Compensation claims for ongoing and new clients, ensuring no lost time, recovery, and return to work. This involves strong return-to-work strategies, appeals, and analysis of data for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage claims, evaluate historical claim performance, confirm treatment programs with healthcare providers, and liaise with stakeholders to provide solution-focused programs.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to manage return-to-work planning and mitigate lost time.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and deliver quarterly and annual reports with a continuous improvement focus.

Requirements

You will be exceptionally skilled at fact gathering, reviewing objective medical information, and analyzing cases using proven return-to-wellness strategies. A minimum of two years of disability management experience, including short-term and long-term disability adjudication, is required. Strong medical knowledge and a customer service focus are essential for success in this role.
