Exciting New Role in Expanding Lending Office

Coast Specialist Recruitment is proud to present an excellent opportunity for two skilled professionals to join our client's BTL case management team in London.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing BTL mortgage applications in line with company policy, ensuring seamless end-to-end processing and meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline management to support efficient processing targets
  • Document checking and verification
  • Conducting personal and company credit searches and related data analysis
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Meeting key performance indicators and service levels through proactive communication and organization
  • Staying up-to-date with current market, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Effective telephone call handling and communication
  • Collaborating with Underwriters to ensure efficient and accurate application progression
