Exciting New Role in Expanding Lending Office

We are seeking two experienced Case Managers to join our BTL case management team in a highly successful property finance lender based in London.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing BTL mortgage applications in line with company policy, ensuring efficient and accurate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline management to support end-to-end processing targets
  • Document checking and verification
  • Conducting personal and company credit searches and related data analysis
  • Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external customers
  • Meeting key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables
  • Effective communication and organization skills
  • Staying up-to-date with current market, financial, and regulatory requirements
  • Telephone call handling and customer service
  • Collaborating with Underwriters to ensure applications are progressed efficiently and accurately
