Job Description:

The Applied Behavioral Insights Partner plays a critical role in driving business transformation at Citi, a leading global bank with a presence in over 160 countries. This position requires a deep understanding of behavioral science and its application in driving large-scale change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead and oversee the project team and all phases of a behavioral change project, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Behavioral Expertise: Provide expert-level guidance on behavior change, leveraging behavioral science models to design and implement interventions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Human Resource Advisors and business leaders to understand project requirements and outcomes measures.
  • Research and Analysis: Direct and oversee relevant literature reviews, and partner with analytics and metrics partners on study design.
  • Intervention Design: Lead the execution of quantitative and qualitative data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, observations, and focus groups.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of behavioral change initiatives.
  • Communication: Work with communication partners to develop and implement communication plans, including messaging, timing, audience, and channels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and aligning goals and approaches.
  • Culture Advocacy: Advocate for and reinforce Citi's culture target state behaviors, both in approach and through delivered interventions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively share lessons learned, successful behaviors to scale globally, and new external research and trends with the broader team.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a preferred postgraduate degree in behavioral science, organizational psychology, or a related area.
  • Experience: Strong professional experience in behavioral science, organizational development, or a related field, with a focus on managing large, complex culture change projects.
  • Skills: Strong consulting skills, analytical thinking, ability to analyze and interpret data, and the ability to quickly establish credibility and build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders.
