We are in search of a curious and motivated professional to become a part of our team, focusing on strengthening our partnerships with regional market units. In this role, you will be tasked with pinpointing challenges faced by primary insurers and their clientele, while devising effective strategies to resolve these issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement consultancy services for market units, which includes conducting stakeholder engagement sessions, assessing business challenges, diagnosing behavioral obstacles, and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Deliver consultancy services through organizing educational workshops, synthesizing research findings, and collaborating with fellow behavioral scientists within the organization.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure the relevance and commercial viability of projects.
  • Collaborate with the internal behavioral science network.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, or Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in applying behavioral research to areas such as sales, negotiations, and communication strategies.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or within the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through to execution.
  • Exceptional English communication skills; proficiency in German and French is advantageous.
