Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex behavioral science projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement behavioral science strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute qualitative research studies, including traditional and online methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in behavioral science, with a strong understanding of frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in consultancy or agency environments, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience, with a focus on behavioral science and qualitative research.
