Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Behavioral Science to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading and managing various behavioral science-driven projects, applying behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development, and conducting both traditional and online qualitative research.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement behavioral science strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative research solutions.
  3. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
  4. Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in behavioral science, with a strong understanding of its applications in business.
  2. Excellent commercial acumen and industry experience.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Experience in consultancy or agency environments.
  5. At least 5 years of commercial experience.
  6. Extensive qualitative research background with proficiency in diverse methodologies.
