With a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple sectors, the Senior Behavioral Science Director role offers the opportunity to engage in innovative projects that shape brand strategies, enhance category performance, and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage various behavioral science-driven projects, applying expertise in human behavior and decision-making to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Conduct both traditional and online qualitative research, leveraging expertise in research design, data analysis, and interpretation to inform business decisions.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth and development in behavioral science and research methodologies.
- Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with behavioral science frameworks and theories, including cognitive biases, decision-making models, and social influence.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience, with a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in consultancy or agency environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality research and insights to clients.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in a behavioral science or research role, with a strong background in qualitative research methodologies.
