Position Overview

Job Title: Senior ABA Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

This institution is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for children with Autism, catering to students aged 5 to 16 years across multiple campuses. Each child benefits from a tailored educational plan that emphasizes a student-centered, multidisciplinary approach to enhance communication skills and independence.

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated ABA professional to join a prestigious institution and work alongside a supportive leadership team to expand and enhance the educational offerings for children from various local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior ABA Supervisor will:

  • Oversee a team of 6 ABA Tutors while managing a classroom of 6 students.
  • Utilize and advance knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) methodologies.
  • Ensure that personal expertise in ABA/VB is continuously updated and shared with relevant team members.
  • Promote the institution's ethos, aligning with the established educational goals and policies to support the overall development and well-being of each student.

General Responsibilities

  • Prioritize the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
  • Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures, including those related to student protection, health, safety, confidentiality, and data security.
  • Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality, taking responsibility for personal health.
  • Ensure equitable access to learning opportunities for all students.
  • Contribute positively to the overall ethos and objectives of the institution.
  • Foster constructive relationships with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Engage actively in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of School.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field (or be in the process of obtaining one).
  • Be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (or be in the process of certification).
  • Have a proven track record of success in a specialized educational setting for Autism.
