We are on the lookout for several highly skilled Safety and Service Coordinators to enhance our team at Vigilant Security.

A warm greeting from our personnel sets the tone for our visitors' experiences. The role of the Safety and Service Coordinator is to ensure the utmost level of client care while delivering a premier front-of-house service and maintaining a discreet yet noticeable security presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver a premier guest experience
  • Actively engage with clients and visitors, ensuring a customer-centric approach
  • Conduct regular patrols as necessary
  • Proactively address client needs and requests in a professional manner
  • Maintain a consistently high standard of service
  • Issue visitor passes in accordance with established sign-in and sign-out protocols
  • Ensure fire exits remain unobstructed and report any health and safety concerns
  • Possess the ability to foster a secure environment for all guests and visitors
  • Maintain a high level of security awareness at all times
  • Engage with CCTV systems as required
  • Complete thorough handovers at the conclusion of each shift

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional, driven, adaptable, enthusiastic, proactive, and a self-motivated team player
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to provide a premier guest experience
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Capable of working independently with confidence and initiative
  • Sound judgment and common sense in utilizing expert resources for decision-making
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong sense of security awareness
  • Valid SIA license is essential
  • Five years of verifiable work history
  • First Aid training is advantageous
