Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming alarm and voice calls, understanding the reason for the call and coordinating next steps to ensure customer safety and well-being.
- Use effective communication skills to build rapport with customers, empathizing with their situations and providing reassurance when needed.
- Make informed decisions on how best to support customers, using keyboard skills to capture information and document call outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a proactive and person-centred team to provide a 24-hour alarm response service, 365 days a year.
