About the Role

As a Part Time Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small team of Emergency Call Advisors who react to incoming emergency alarm and voice calls, providing advice and support to our customers.

You will work with the system BR24 use, effectively analysing data to support decision making, reviewing processes and procedures to identify improvements, and constructively feeding back quality checks to the team to support continuous improvement.

About You

  • Effective people management skills to lead, supervise and develop staff
  • Confident, resilient, and proactive
  • Data Analysis skills and organisation skills - essential to collate, analyse and interpret data from a wide variety of sources
  • Excellent listening and communication skills are essential
  • Adaptable to change and new ways of working
  • Strong IT skills to enable you to navigate our systems efficiently & a high level of accuracy when inputting information & completing concise but factual incident reports
  • A genuine passion for providing care and support to people.
  • Previous experience of working with vulnerable/elderly people is desirable as this will help you demonstrate the high level of empathy we are looking for.
