Job Summary
NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to internal staff and external visitors, demonstrating a professional first point of contact for all.
- Support the management of facilities, hospitality, and general assistance as required.
- Assist in the daily management of issues across the NHS 24 estate and local sites, including health and safety and technical faults.
- Undertake stock checks and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Perform various other duties as outlined in the job pack.
Requirements
- General administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent.
- Additional experience in customer-focused environments, fault desk departments, health and safety regulations, workplace inspections, and office software packages.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Contributing to effective performance in achieving strategic goals for the department.
Desirable
- Experience in the NHS or public sector.
- Knowledge of patient-focused environments.
