Job Title: Night Shift Duty Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Duty Manager to join our team at SSP Group. As a Night Shift Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff during night shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff during night shifts: You will be responsible for leading a team of staff during night shifts, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure operational excellence: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets during night shifts, including managing inventory, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during night shifts, including responding to customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies: You will be responsible for managing inventory and supplies during night shifts, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene during night shifts, including ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized, and that all food and beverages are stored and served safely.
  • Monitor and report on sales and performance: You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on sales and performance during night shifts, including tracking sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role: You will need to have previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading a team and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills: You will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work night shifts: You will need to be able to work night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene: You will need to have knowledge of food safety and hygiene, including HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure: You will need to be able to work under pressure, including during peak periods and in emergency situations.
