We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Shift Store Person to join our team at The Breakfast Club, Gatwick Airport. As a Night Shift Store Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, including receiving, storing, and maintaining stock levels, as well as maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish stock and move stock to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Complete all paperwork involved in receiving, transferring, and maintaining stock levels, including accurate documentation and record-keeping
  • Ensure all aspects of food storage, safety, and delivery are met, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Unload and safekeep items to ensure quality of products and prevent product damage
  • Regularly communicate any issues with the management team to ensure prompt resolution
  • Monitor flow of goods and implement FIFO (First in-First out) to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and expectations
