Job Title: Night Shift Duty Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Duty Manager to join our team at SSP Group. As a Night Shift Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by Example: Set the tone for excellent customer service and lead by example, ensuring that all staff members are providing a high level of service to customers.
- Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner, and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
