About the Role:As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations. You will guide and support your colleagues, maintain a safe working and dining environment, and coordinate team efforts to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation within the team
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, communicating effectively and making thoughtful decisions
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, championing improvements and simplifying operations
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and driving improvements
- Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, and ensuring operational excellence
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
