About the Role:As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations. You will guide and support your colleagues, maintain a safe working and dining environment, and oversee the unit's opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation within the team
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, communicating effectively and making thoughtful decisions
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading to a positive and productive work environment
