Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all activities during the overnight shift, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and hotel operations.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed, providing a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel, and assist them when necessary.
  • Ensure all legal, health and safety standards are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Duty Management shifts as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the success of our hotel.
