**Examples of Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure that general business operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. As a security company, there are specific rules and procedures that will need to be learnt and followed. You will be performing ad hoc or administrative functions.
- General enquiries and customer services
- Answering the telephone and dealing with a wide range of customer enquires
- Opening, sorting and dealing with the daily post
- General Administrative work - updating accounts, closing or setting up new accounts, updating client information, archiving relevant documentation etc.
- Dealing with stock taking and re-ordering when required
- Other related duties as required
