**Job Purpose**
The role of the Service Administrator (FAM) is to support the provision of the False Alarm Management (FAM). The role is administrative and will involve supporting the manager in the production of various reports and audits to ensure the company works in a compliant and effective manner.
**About You**
You should enjoy working with data and spreadsheets. If you have an interest in developing a career in a data driven, administrative or audit environment this role offers a good opportunity. Alternatively, you may have worked in an administrative role involving data and reports and be looking for a similar role. You should also be confident when liaising with customers and third parties over the phone. Ideally, you will live in or near Orpington or within a short commute.

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for compiling, cross referencing and updating various reports
- Comply with audit requests from police forces in respect of customer data and records
- Import reports
- Producing statistics for accreditation
- Issue New Owner letters
- Updating Microsoft Dynamics accurately and promptly
**Skills required**
- Strong administrative skills
- Eye for detail
- Excellent IT skills - in particular Excel and databases
- Ability to work accurately and quickly to meet deadlines
- Flexible in approach with the ability to work in a logical and consistent manner
- Good phone manner, confident in liaising with customers and third parties

This is a full-time role, hours are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday - Friday
