Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team as an Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating operational activities across the business, ensuring maximum productivity and minimizing travel time.

  • Plan and schedule window cleaning and deep cleaning operational activities.
  • Work with sub-contractors, including abseiling work planning and hiring of cherry pickers and access platforms.
  • Lead support for operatives, monitoring and tracking daily schedules and reactive jobs.
  • Liaise with health and safety consultants to review RAMS/COSHH policies.
  • Support directors/office manager/admin team with ad-hoc tasks in times of absence or when short-staffed.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment. We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum.
