Job Title: Trainee Insurance Broker

Job Summary:
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking a Trainee Insurance Broker to join our team. As a Trainee Insurance Broker, you will assist in the administration and broking of Commercial classes of Insurance for existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Account Handlers and Directors with daily administration and broking of Commercial classes of Insurance
  • Assist with New Business Quotations, Mid Term Adjustments, and Renewals
  • Prepare Market Submissions for New Business and Renewals
  • Submission of Presentations to Insurers and Carriers Direct or via the Acturis system
  • Negotiate with Insurers and Carriers on Terms for New Business and Renewals
  • Assist Account Handlers obtaining claims experience and Renewals from Carriers
  • Deal with clients' day-to-day Enquiries

Requirements:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft software: Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Accurate data input skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Works well within a team
  • Self-motivated

About the Company:
