Mortuary Administration Assistant Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our NHS team as a Mortuary Administration Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our mortuary office.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of deceased individuals
  • Preparing deceased individuals for viewings
  • Assisting senior staff in producing operational policies and guidance materials
  • Dealing with relatives' complaints and concerns
Requirements
  • GCSE level A-C grade or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
