Accounts Coordinator

So Clean Cleaning Service PLC, a well-established Commercial Cleaning Services Company based in Orpington, Kent, seeks an experienced Accounts Coordinator to join their team.
About the RoleWe are committed to delivering high levels of expertise, dependability and hassle-free customer service to both the private and public sector. The successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and strong administrative skills.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for:
- Raising sales invoices weekly/bi-weekly/monthly and quarterly;
- Issuing monthly customer statements;
- Managing credit control daily, liaising with customers and answering queries, working with internal departments and escalating to financial controllers when required;
- Weekly review of aged debtors report with financial controller and office manager;
- Maintaining high level of customer service;
- Working closely with financial controllers to resolve client invoicing queries as required.
The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
