**TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR**
We are seeking a Finance Admin Administrator to join our team in Kilmarnock, providing administrative support to the Finance department. At Braehead foods we have been supplying Chefs across the UK and Europe with the finest quality ingredients for almost 30 years. A family business since 1989, we supply everything from quality chilled, ambient and frozen foods, to bespoke products made for chefs, by chefs in our Production Kitchen.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with Purchase ledger maintenance
- Check, code and input invoices to company systems
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Scan and file purchase invoices and other documents
- Assist the credit controller and accounts manager where necessary
- Process staff expenses
- Update spreadsheets and produce reports
- Maintain Payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data
**Knowledge/ Skills and Experience**:
- Strong analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Provide evidence of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills with experience in using Excel for pivot tables and stock reports
- Experience of document control / management
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
