Responsibilities
  
Accounts Receivable/Payable:
Process sales and purchase invoices, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into Sage accounting software.
Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies where necessary.   
General Finance Administration:
Support the finance team with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and responding to internal and external finance queries.
Assist with expenses, and payroll-related tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate flow of financial information.   
Key Skills & Experience:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation and data entry.
Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving credit and financial issues promptly.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in using Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Credit Control Experience: Previous experience in credit control, accounts administration, or a similar financial role is essential
