- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual or multilingual environment is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing assistance to customers, and ensuring their satisfaction.
