Job Title: Band 6 CPN ADHD NURSE 
Location: NORTH Surrey
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Date: Asap 2 weeks
Rate of pay: £25 - £26
A Day in the Life of a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, your pivotal role will involve delivering essential NHS community mental health services. Your duties will encompass:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
Administering medications and monitoring their effects on patients.
Providing therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

Current and valid registration with the NMC.
Proven experience within a community recovery role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Past experience in CMHT.
2 year ADHD experience 
ADHD Assessment 
1 year experience as a Non Medical Prescriber
Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday, but hours can be flexible. This Contract is for 3 months.
