Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical duties, including organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.
- Utilising Sage & other accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Type and proof read documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain office efficiency by ensuring office supplies are stocked, equipment is working properly, and office is tidy.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of general administrative procedures.
- Ability to computerize information accurately.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
