Making A Difference as a Temporary Administration Assistant in Quality Monitoring, Integrated Support Services

The Quality Monitoring Team are responsible for ensuring providers within St Helens are carrying out contractual obligations and providing safe and appropriate support to service user's in the community.

We are currently seeking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant on a temporary basis for a period of up to 12 months.

The role is key in providing support to the team and ensuring all administration tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.

The role also involves establishing good working relationships with key partners in health and social care, care providers and a range of professionals to ensure there is an integrated approach to supporting the people we serve.

Tasks include the management of appropriate records, correspondence and ensuring timeframes are met.

The post holder will need to use various computer systems as part of the role and it will also involve participation in managing meetings.
