Seven Resourcing are looking for a number of temporary Administrators to work in
St Helens. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months and are paying £11.59 (PAYE) or £14.50 (umbrella) per hour.


We have the below vacancies available:
Childrens Safeguarding Secretary
Clerical Assistant
Administration Officer
Personal Assistant

These positions involve working from Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.

The role:

Manage, organise and contribute to the planning, development and
monitoring of admin services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To undertake line manager responsibilities where appropriate.
  • To ensure existing and new procedures are understood and consistently applied by administrative staff.
  • To ensure appropriate communication systems exist e.g. team meetings, briefings etc.
  • To monitor the deployment of staff to ensure that effective administrative support is maintained.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: N/A.

Experience: 2+ years working within an admin role.

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
