We are currently recruiting for a mature, motivated, organised part time Receptionist/Administrator with excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail for our St Helens clinic.
MUST HAVE RECEPTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATION EXPERIANCE.

Key Responsibilities:
Management & Leadership
- Ability to manage and motivate
- Maintain an accurate filing system
- Stock control
- CRM experience
Customer Service
- Delivering high standards of front of house customer service
Key Competencies
- Ability to organise and prioritise
- Comfortable with process and detail
- Must be proficient with an electronic clinic management system
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Honest, reliable and professional at all times
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience of working within a medical or highly regulated environment
- Ability to work flexibly to suit the hours and needs of the business.
