We are currently recruiting for a mature, motivated, organised part time Receptionist/Administrator with excellent customer service skills and great attention to detail for our St Helens clinic.

Full ongoing training provided, with scope for advancement.

MUST HAVE RECEPTION/CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATION EXPERIANCE.

Hours:

Wednesday

Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Management & Leadership

  • Ability to manage and motivate
  • Maintain an accurate filing system
  • Stock control
  • CRM experience

Customer Service

  • Delivering high standards of front of house customer service

Key Competencies

  • Ability to organise and prioritise
  • Comfortable with process and detail
  • Must be proficient with an electronic clinic management system
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Honest, reliable and professional at all times

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience
  • Experience of working within a medical or highly regulated environment
  • Ability to work flexibly to suit the hours and needs of the business.
