**Administrative Assistant**

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Operations and Executive Director. This includes:

- Deal with any customer enquiries including stock reconciliation
- Book in drivers when they arrive on site
- Use our Warehouse Management System to record all stock movements
- Assist Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to ensure they receive relevant paperwork prior to customers products being received/despatched
- Provide essential support to the team
- Undertake any other duties that may be deemed necessary

**Key Skills & Desirable Experience**
- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential
- Team player but capable of working independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and conscientious approach to work
- Computer literate with ideally a good knowledge of MS Office
- Enthusiastic, keen and proactive
- Meticulous and diligent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
