SITE ADMINISTRATOR

**POSITION**: Site Administrator (12 month FTC)

**LOCATION**: St Helens

**SALARY **:£22,672 + EXCELLENT PENSION SCHEME + 26 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS BH

**THE ROLE**: Our client are currently looking for a Site Administrator to work on one of their projects in the St Helens area on a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to being made permanent. You will be working 40 hours a week with flexible start and finish times.

The successful Site Administrator will be working as part of an administrative team who will provide support to other site colleagues. Ideally, you will have previous experience of working on site within a construction or manufacturing background.

**DUTIES**
- Completing site deliverables and upload on SOS
- Managing and preparing a variety of correspondence, reports and documents
- Invoice processing and checking invoices
- Staff and Labour timesheets
- Upload site documents to an online system
- Liaise with the site team and assist colleagues in every aspect of administration

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- 3 GCSE’S (or equivalent) in England and Maths grades A-C
- Previous experience of working on site
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong numeracy and IT skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK as and when required
- Full UK driving licence
