**Overview**

Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

1. Booking meetings and scheduling events on behalf of NWMS.

2. Ordering office stationery and supplies, occasionally we may also ask for the order of medical supplies (this will be supported by our operations manager).

3. Maintain NWMS internal data bases and web-based data bases such as Stripe or PayPal online payments.

4. Submit and monitor expenses reports and NWMS trainer / Medic invoices.

5. Maintaining trainer / medical records including personal folders.

6. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.

7. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

8. Organise, store, update and print company documents as needed.

10. Handle queries from managers, trainers, and medics and direct them to the appropriate person(s).

11. Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.

12. Manage a live calendar of events / bookings.

13. Assisting with marketing and sales (where required).

14. Any other general administration required by NWMS.

15. Improving current systems to streamline day to day business.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £12.00 per hour
